Return Eligibility
Customers may request a return within 7 days from the date of delivery under the following conditions:
The product must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition
The product must be returned with original packaging, tags, labels, and invoice
Returns are accepted only in case of damaged, defective, or incorrect products
The following items are not eligible for return or refund:
Customized or personalized products
Products purchased during sale or promotional offers
Products showing signs of use or damage caused after delivery
Return Request Process
To initiate a return request, please contact us at support@aurastudio.co.in with the following details:
Order ID
Reason for return
Clear images or video of the product (mandatory)
Once the request is reviewed and approved, return instructions will be shared with you.
Refund Policy
After the returned product is received and inspected, the refund will be processed
Refunds will be initiated within 7–10 business days
The refund will be credited to the original mode of payment
Shipping and handling charges (if applicable) are non-refundable
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Product
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery along with proper image/video proof.
In such cases, we will provide a replacement or full refund at no additional cost.
Exchange Policy
Currently, Aura Studio does not offer an exchange facility. Customers may return the eligible product and place a new order separately.
Cancellation Policy
Orders once placed cannot be cancelled after they have been shipped.
